Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy (born on the 17th October 1992), was born on 17 October 1992, and is an Indian actress. She has a prominent role on screen in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam movies. She received the National Film Award in Best Actress category for her performance in the role of actress Savitri. She has also received three SIIMA Awards and a Filmfare Award South. Keerthy Kumar is the daughter of film producer G. Suresh Kumar, and actress Menaka G. Suresh. Her acting journey began at the beginning of 2000. She played her debut leading role in Geethaanjali (2013 Malayalam). She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy made her debut on Tamil projects in the year 2015. She then started accepting projects from Malayalam. The first film she acted in was A. A. Vijay's romantic comedic Idhu Enna Maayam (2015) with Vikram Prabhu. The film didn't do well at the box office. To fit in bigger projects, she had to cancel films that she'd already begun working on. They comprised Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye and as Kavalaivendam by Deekay. She consequently made two films in collaboration with Sivakarthikeyan in quick succession, Rajini Murugan and Remo, while also playing the main character on Prabhu Solomon's Thodari and Dhanush.Her Telugu debut was planned to release in Ainaa Ishtam Nuvvu. Though the release date for Janakitho Nenu has not been confirmed, there is speculation that it may be sometime in September of 2020. In the end, the film's debut was the 2016 film Nenu Sailaja which starred actress Ram Pothineni. Keerthy was cast opposite Vijay In Bairavaa by Bharathan the film, which debuted on January 17, 2017.
